Together, we will identify the triggers of your compulsive eating habits. Are you reaching for food when you are bored, stressed, sad, lonely? Eating when you feel sad or lonely may be a soothing distraction, but it only distracts you from your real problems. No amount of comfort eating will ever truly fix those issues. Together we will work to understand the true nature of your problems and find lasting solutions.

 

We will find your true motivators. The desire to lose weight is not enough, we will dig deep to discover what really motivate you. Have you noticed how some people reach their “ideal weight” to put the weight back on only a few months later? This is because as food is not synonym with happiness, ideal weight doesn’t equal happiness unless the person has made other changes to their mindset. We will switch the focus from body size and weight to what you truly value in life. Life is too short to worry about body size, saying that being overweight put your health at risk, it’s why it's essential that while boosting your body confidence, we make lifestyle changes so you can achieve and maintain your healthy weight.

 

I will give you practical advice to recognise when you are genuinely hungry and when you had enough to eat. I will teach you techniques to deal with cravings. You will feel connected to your body again, enjoying moving more freely. Together we will break what psychologists call a Negative Success Cycle: past disappointing results have damaged your belief that you can lose weight. We will help you overcome your limiting beliefs about yourself and your ability to lose weight and maintain a healthy weight, discovering potential and resources within yourself you didn’t suspect. You will achieve your goal of losing weight and you will have the knowledge to apply this new found confidence and self-belief to succeed in all areas of your life.
